General terms and conditions


COURSES:

The contract between midwife Cecilia Sefzig and the contractual partner comes into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation.

The fees for the course hours are covered by the statutory health insurance company; for private insurance holders, please double check with your provider.

The course fee is billed by the AZH (billing center for midwives).

Absentees will be billed privately (Private Hebammengebührenordnung 14.36 euros per 60 minutes). The reason for not participating is irrelevant. If your child is born before the start/completion of the course due to fateful reasons, the health insurance company will not cover the remaining costs. These are billed privately (Private Hebammengebührenverordnung 14.36 euros per 60 minutes). Of course, you are free to continue attending the course.

Cancellation: Registration can be canceled up to 6 weeks before the start of the course and the partners fee will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the start of the course, the full course fee and partner fee must be paid. The cancellation must be sent to the midwife in written form (by email).
